What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via emails and chats. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues
  • Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers through empathetic and personalized support
  • Meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contributing to the team's success
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology and trends in the industry
  • Handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Applying the latest customer happiness practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborating with developers and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Native Dutch and English communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Personal or professional experience in investments/trading/blockchain is a must
  • Experience providing support via live chats
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Analytical and research skills
  • A positive and responsible attitude
  • A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
