Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and text. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide timely and professional responses to all written communication. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide best-in-class customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and texts

  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, update records, and notate all interactions
  • Comprehend training material on various topics and share new concepts and content with the team
  • Adhere to federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
  • Attain all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and provide timely and professional responses to all written communication
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Training Schedule

During the first two weeks of employment, training will be conducted Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm CST. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.

Education and Qualifications

* High school or equivalent (required)

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with minimal supervision

Experience Level
