The Role

As a German Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email and chat, providing prompt answers to customer questions, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, building trust, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions

  • Provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions in the best interest of the customers
  • Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries

Requirements

* Native or near-native German speakers

  • Fluency in English
  • Clear Communication Skills
  • Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools
  • Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking, and communicative
