Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and you will be responsible for resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to work collaboratively with our internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, or similar)
  • Must live within one hour of Oriskany, NY
  • Flexibility to work shifts during operating hours (8 AM - 11 PM, Monday-Friday)
  • Intermediate computer skills with ability to multitask across multiple programs and monitors

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior call center or customer service representative experience

  • Experience with dental or other insurance products
  • Previous dental office experience
  • Strong keyboarding and computer navigation skills
  • Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to build trust through empathy
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus
