Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused way, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer care skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service work experience, with contact center experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
