Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Advisor with Latvian and English language skills, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to consumer queries and concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Providing advice and information to customers, resolving issues and escalating complex cases as needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions, using data to inform future improvements
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native or at least C1 level of spoken Latvian
  • At least level B2 English language skills
  • Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role is beneficial, but not essential
  • Good computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
