Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience with arenaflex

  • Serve as a key member of the ground operations team, working alongside other ramp agents to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of flights
  • Handle all aspects of ground operations, including baggage handling, aircraft loading and unloading, and marshalling aircraft for departure
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft
  • Assist passengers with special needs and accommodations, including wheelchair assistance and unaccompanied minors
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the arenaflex brand and upholding its high standards of customer service
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with team members, flight crew, and other departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers
  • Proactively identify and resolve any customer service issues or concerns, using problem-solving skills to find creative and effective solutions
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulations, including attendance, punctuality, and dress code
  • Continuously strive to improve and maintain a high level of performance, seeking feedback and implementing suggestions for improvement
  • Keep a clean and organized work environment, including the ramp and baggage handling areas
  • Attend required training sessions and stay updated on industry and company changes, policies, and procedures
  • Comply with all security and safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials and securement of aircraft doors
  • Maintain a positive attitude and promote a teamwork-oriented culture, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in the aviation industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Experience with customer service software and technology
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
