Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our 2nd shift team, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming experience
• Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to customers
• Working with our food program and maintaining a high standard of store appearance
• Interacting with customers daily, providing excellent customer care, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Collaborating with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance

You're a Great Fit If:

* You have retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• You're a sales associate or cashiering expert with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent and are motivated to advance in your career
• You're willing to learn and have fun in a dynamic work environment
• You're physically able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical requirements outlined below

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours

• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
