As a key member of our remote team, you will play a vital role in maintaining excellent communication with our customers, coordinating with our Amish team, and ensuring seamless operations.

Position Overview
As an Admin and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including administrative duties, customer service, and coordination with our Amish team. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Administration & Data Entry:
+ Perform data entry for dairy cow sheets and conduct weekly analysis. + Handle applications and submit necessary forms. + Maintain calendars and schedule appointments. + Assist with human resources tasks, including handbook updates and paperwork. + Organize and manage our Google Drive.
Customer Service:
+ Answer calls, texts, and social media inquiries. + Coordinate with our Amish team for seamless operations. + Schedule deliveries and manage customer communication regarding raw milk herdshares.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Experience in administration and customer service. + Proficient in Google Drive and other office applications. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. + Familiarity with raw milk production and distribution. + Knowledge of Amish culture and customs.
