Delivery-Oriented Product Manager

We are currently seeking a passionate Delivery-Oriented Product Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to help drive our product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond and support our mission: making life easier for travellers.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between product strategy and engineering execution, prioritising timely delivery, quality standards, and roadmap milestones.

Mission: This role will serve as a central point of reference for B2C and Marketing Touchpoint products within the Company. You will be managing 3 - 4 digital products in the B2C and Marketing domains including (CRM, Webs, CMS).

Focus on understanding business value, along with Heymondo customers’ needs and pain points, by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.

You will translate this business vision into impactful product features and an excellent user experience, working in close partnership with our Product Design and Engineering teams

Key activities / responsibilities to perform

  • Understand business needs and priorities to define what must be delivered and why.

  • Define and Prioritise the Product Roadmap balancing business needs and value, technical feasibility and delivery

  • Collaborate with our product engineering team from the very beginning to provide them the right context and grant product feasibility.

  • Collaborate with our product design team from the very beginning to create the best possible customer experience.

  • Backlog Management: translate business strategy into epics and functional user stories (describing “the what”).

  • Collaborate from the very beginning with our product engineering team to continuously align the product vision so that they can decide and build “the how”.

  • Be accountable for your digital products delivery, defining dates in your roadmap to anticipate the vision and engagement with other stakeholders and areas when needed, to grant our internal and external compromises.

  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparent updates on product progress, release plans, and launch readiness.

  • Create and Present to stakeholders Products and Features Performance review in order to find optimisation and product evolution opportunities

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or marketing with proven experience leading related digital products (Hubspot, CMS, landing pages, newsletters, etc.)

  • +3 years of relevant work experience as Product Manager, with focus on Delivery (Technical Product Manager).

  • Experience managing CMS and CRM integrations

  • Strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

  • Proven track record in leading technical teams.

  • Proven track record of collaborating with product designers.

  • Highly motivated, creative thinker, capable of taking ownership and initiative

  • Organised, proactive and detail oriented

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Familiar with JIRA Software & Confluence

  • Accountable for delivering products in time.

  • Experience with BI and Data visualization tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Looker, Power BI) would be a plus

Location & Conditions

  • Schedule: Full Time (7.5h/day)

  • Location: 100% Remote, with the option to work from our office in Barcelona

  • (next to Torre Agbar)

  • Eligibility: Must reside in Spain and have the legal right to work
