• Excellent problem-solving and sharp cognitive thinking skills.
• Caring and engaging with children and adults.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with gymnastics, or relevant experience with fitness or childcare or teaching a plus.
• Caring customer service and quality communication skills.
• Physically able to spot/lift people weighing up to 100lbs or more.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead fun and educational movement lessons and workouts.
• Direct and manage a small group of individuals with varying abilities.
• Communicate professionally with families regarding their athlete?s development.
• Create and develop circuits that are appropriate for the specific athletes under your care Knowledge of skill adaptations and willingness to continually learn.
• Being creative and quick on your feet to modify activities for individuals.
