What You'll Do

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences with every interaction. You'll share and promote our products and services in a way that feels helpful, not pushy, and confidently handle concerns or hesitations from customers. You'll also communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, and navigate multiple computer systems while staying engaged in conversation. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences with every interaction
  • Sharing and promoting our products and services in a way that feels helpful, not pushy
  • Confidently handling concerns or hesitations from customers
  • Communicating clearly in English, both verbally and in writing

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding personal sales goals
  • Demonstrating reliable attendance and adhering to your assigned schedule to ensure customers are supported when they need us most

Schedule

Our Work from Home Customer Service Representatives work a variety of schedules, including:

  • Tuesday-Thursday: 11:30am-8:00pm (Central Time Zone)
  • Friday: 10:30am-7:00pm (Central Time Zone)
  • Saturday: 8:30am-5:00pm (Central Time Zone)

Required Equipment & Specifications

To ensure a smooth and secure experience for both you and our clients, we require the following equipment and specifications:

  • Computer manufactured within the last 5 years
  • Windows 11 or newer operating system
  • At least 25GB of available disk space
  • 2.4GHz or faster Quad-Core Processor
  • 8GB RAM or more
  • Dual monitors (minimum 19" each)
  • Reliable internet connection: Minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
  • Wired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)
  • USB-connected headset with microphone
  • Webcam
  • Smartphone (for location verification app)
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions

Job Type

This is a full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Pay
