The Role

As a Customer Tech Support Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing front-line technical support to customers experiencing issues with broadband, Wi-Fi, and VoIP services. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, and your expertise will help resolve their technical problems efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide first-line technical support to customers experiencing issues with broadband, Wi-Fi, and VoIP services

  • Follow structured triage and diagnostic processes to efficiently identify and resolve common technical problems
  • Deliver clear, professional guidance to customers through phone, email, or chat, and assist in updating customers on widespread issues
  • Log all customer interactions and outcomes in the system for visibility and follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve customer satisfaction
