Key Responsibilities

As a Field Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering excellent customer service by understanding customers' circumstances and helping them agree on an appropriate solution to resolve their debt.
  • Identifying new tenants through face-to-face discussions, Letting Agents, and neighbors while complying with the Data Protection Act.
  • Leading warrant teams to force entry into customer premises to exchange or disconnect meters when necessary.
  • Recording job information using the appropriate paperwork or electronic equipment.

What We Need from You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic PC skills, including proficiency in using smartphones and tablets.
  • Reside within the designated area and be willing to travel.
  • A full, valid UK/EU driving license (preferably clean, but with a maximum of six points).
