The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing a quality call handling and written service to our members, brokers, and clients. You'll assist with customer enquiries and the processing of claims and policy tasks, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent communication skills to effectively handle calls and written communications in a high customer-focused manner, leading to first contact resolution.

  • Provide clear, accurate, and concise information to customers.
  • Utilize excellent soft skills and active listening abilities to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Record clear and accurate notes that reflect conversations.
  • Challenge current processes and explore new ways of working for continuous improvement.
  • Adapt and be flexible due to changing priorities.
  • Contribute to the achievement of individual, team, and operational targets and objectives.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure service standards are met in accordance with SLA and FCA requirements.
  • Support with the onboarding and training requirements for new starters.
  • Maintain and develop own technical knowledge and expertise in all products, processes, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a team, as well as on own initiative.

Essential Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably within financial services, insurance, or within a regulated environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service role within the financial services or insurance industry.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Skills and Competencies

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll receive a competitive salary of £28,000, plus a range of benefits and perks, including:
