Job Summary

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Report any customer issues to the Customer Support Manager or Supervisor
  • Keep meticulous records of customer communications and conversations
  • Perform admin tasks related to customer support and bookings

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
