Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Warren and Washington County, working remotely with our Nicholville, NY office. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services to our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience and feel valued
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, often working independently to find creative solutions
- Promote arenaflex's products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and features
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, including new features and updates
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, often handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a technology or telecommunications industry
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including our fiber-to-the-home network and Internet, Telephone, and HD TV services
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
