Position Overview

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our users overcome real issues through structured, easy-to-use messaging systems. This is a fully non-phone role that offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay. You'll work closely with our senior support teams to troubleshoot subscription access, password resets, billing updates, and discount applications. Your calm, friendly written tone will reflect the arenaflex brand's values, ensuring that every interaction is positive and supportive.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage incoming chats and email tickets through a live dashboard, prioritizing and resolving issues efficiently

  • Troubleshoot subscription access, password resets, billing updates, and discount applications, using prewritten scripts and templates for consistent service
  • Escalate technical issues or unusual situations to senior support teams, ensuring seamless handovers and effective problem-solving
  • Document and tag each case clearly and professionally, maintaining accurate records and facilitating future support
  • Maintain a calm, friendly written tone that reflects the arenaflex brand's values, ensuring a positive user experience

Requirements to Apply

* Laptop or desktop with Chrome browser

  • Reliable high-speed internet (10 Mbps minimum)
  • Typing speed of 45+ WPM
  • Fluent written English communication
  • Ability to follow workflows and stay task-focused during shifts

Compensation & Scheduling Information

* Start at $25/hour

  • Raise to $30–$35/hour available after 30 completed shifts with high QA scores
  • Choose your own shifts weekly, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours/week

Training Process

* 2-hour onboarding session covering systems and workflows

  • Simulated practice with real ticket scenarios
  • First live shift monitored for QA feedback and coaching
  • Start paid live shifts within 3–5 business days

Sample Shift Experience

During a 4 PM–10 PM shift, you'll assist a customer with changing their password, guide another through updating billing details, and help a third user redeem a promotional code. Every interaction is handled through calm, structured chat with templated responses when needed – zero phone calls involved.
