We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Home Office File Clerk/ Data Entry Representative. Major Responsibilities

As a Home Office File Clerk/ Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Entering data accurately into our systems, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Assisting with general office tasks as needed, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing administrative duties
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all files and data, adhering to arenaflex's strict policies and procedures
  • Communicating effectively with team members and other departments, providing exceptional support and collaboration

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in data entry or file clerk roles, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files
