What You Will Be Doing

As a BPO Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. This may include support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses that meet the customer's needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts

  • Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries
  • Assist customers with precision, turning questions into solutions
  • Embrace the art of multitasking, balancing empathy with efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Contract Length and Rate

* No fixed term contract

  • $35 per hour rate

Skills and Background Needed

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Have 10+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection

* 10+ hours per week

  • Remote work online (United States preferred)
