Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to enhance their shopping experience
  • Working collaboratively with our food program and other store teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for store appearance
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure consistent customer service
  • Interacting with customers daily, building strong relationships, and resolving any issues or concerns in a friendly and professional manner
  • Working as part of a dynamic team to accomplish daily tasks, share knowledge, and support each other's growth

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong motivation to advance in your career

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles
  • Motivation to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
