Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to enhance their shopping experience
- Working collaboratively with our food program and other store teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for store appearance
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure consistent customer service
- Interacting with customers daily, building strong relationships, and resolving any issues or concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Working as part of a dynamic team to accomplish daily tasks, share knowledge, and support each other's growth
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong motivation to advance in your career
