Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering benefit enrollment materials and determining client eligibility with accuracy and efficiency
  • Handling incoming customer service calls, dispatching them promptly, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner

  • Creating and explaining individualized policies using our Needs Analysis system, providing clear and concise information to clients

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently
