Sales Manager Nordics – Mediq Healthcare Solutions

Are you a commercial leader ready to shape value‑based healthcare across the Nordics?

Mediq Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager Nordics to set the commercial direction, lead cross‑border sales organizations, and drive sustainable growth through improved clinical and patient outcomes.

This is a strategic leadership role with Nordic scope and significant influence on how Mediq partners with healthcare systems, decision‑makers, and professionals.

The Role

As Sales Manager Nordics, you will have end‑to‑end responsibility for Nordic sales performance, strategy, and leadership excellence. You will lead sales teams across multiple countries, embed value‑based selling, and ensure strong execution across both tender‑driven and non‑tender business.

You will operate at senior stakeholder level internally and externally, shaping commercial strategy in close collaboration with Marketing, Tender & Contracting, Supply Chain, and Business Development.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Set and lead the Nordic commercial and sales strategy
  • Drive value‑based selling, linking clinical evidence, patient outcomes, and health economics to customer value
  • Lead, coach, and develop cross‑border high‑performing sales teams
  • Act as a sales coach, embedding structured methodologies (e.g. Challenger or similar)
  • Provide strategic oversight of tenders, pricing strategy, submissions, and win/loss analysis
  • Leverage health economic and market data to inform commercial decisions
  • Build long‑term partnerships with key healthcare customers and decision‑makers

What You Bring

  • 5-10 years of sales leadership experience within healthcare, medical devices, or a related industry
  • Background in healthcare, e.g. Nurse is preferred
  • Proven track record of leading Nordic, cross‑country sales organizations
  • Strong expertise in value‑based and consultative selling
  • Solid experience supporting and shaping tender‑based business
  • Hands‑on sales leadership and coaching capability
  • Wound care experience is a strong advantage
  • Strategic, commercially sharp, and comfortable operating at executive level
  • Fluent English; additional Nordic language(s) preferred
