What's a career like at BAE Systems? Remarkable. The Financial Representative, focused on Time Collection, performs multiple audits on a daily/weekly and monthly basis using Excel and Access. Other responsibilities:

•  Auditing Timesheets for accuracy of hours, projects and pay types.
•  Auditing for employee signatures and approvals prior to processing for Compliance and Policy restrictions.
•  Providing accurate, friendly and professional customer service to employees working in multiple states.
•  Providing guidance to HR business partners on State Labor Laws and timelines for payouts.
•  Opening and closing customer cases in a timely and concise manner.
•  Testing new programs and processes as needed, updating desk top procedures as programs change.
