Key Responsibilities

- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handling time
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and resolve customer complaints
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
