Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, accurate, and professional support via phone, chat, or email. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, chat, email)
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
  • Escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and quality metrics
  • Following arenaflex policies and procedures to uphold the company's standards and integrity

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in English (for internal communication and training)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • High level of empathy and patience
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or related roles is a plus, but we're also excited to welcome new graduates with a customer-focused attitude. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or digital customer service tools is advantageous, but not required.

Working Hours and Flexibility

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be flexible to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Scheduled hours may vary weekly depending on business needs, and we offer both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To excel in this role, you'll need:
