The Role

As a Live Chat Implementation Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in enhancing our customer support capabilities through the implementation of Intercom, a leading live chat platform. Your primary responsibility will be to review and implement the Live Chat project document, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and processes. Key Responsibilities

* Review and implement the Live Chat project document, ensuring accurate and efficient integration with Intercom

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical and functional requirements
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of implementation processes and procedures
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless functionality and performance
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on the use and administration of Intercom
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in live chat technology and customer support

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in live chat implementation, customer support, or a related field

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing live chat solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Intercom and its features and functionality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and customer support software

  • Knowledge of web development and programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, HTML/CSS)
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
  • Certification in live chat or customer support (e.g., Intercom Certified Specialist)
