Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. You'll work from home, using your own computer and internet connection, to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts. Your primary duties will include:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing our CRM system to track customer interactions and update records as necessary
• Providing clear and concise verbal and written communication to customers
• Meeting productivity and performance goals, including outbound and inbound call targets
• Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other technical tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
