They are seeking an entry-to-mid level Accounting Clerk to join their Rocklin team, responsible for cash accounting, administrative support, and customer service, with a focus on accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry
  • Responding to customer/vendor inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Daily entry of payments received
  • Mailing commission checks

Skills

  • Prior office experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence handling agency and customer interactions
  • A customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
  • Ability to review policy and account information, spot potential issues, and escalate appropriately when needed
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues with equipment such as headsets, internet connectivity, or system access
  • Strong, accurate typing and data entry skills
