Responsibilities
- You won't be cold calling strangers
- You'll be following up with warm leads — brokers and team owners who already showed interest in what we do
- Your job is to have real conversations, answer basic questions, and get the right people on a call with our CEO
- You're comfortable picking up the phone and having a real conversation
- You follow up without being reminded
- You can work independently without someone watching over you
- You stay organized when you're juggling multiple leads at once
