[Remote] Inbound Phone Sales – Automotive Parts – Texas

They are seeking motivated individuals for the role of Inbound Phone Sales, where the main responsibility is to assist customers over the phone in selecting automotive products and providing exceptional service without any outbound sales pressure.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers over the phone with selecting the right products to build their dream cars or enhance their daily drivers
- Sell products, offer upsells, and cross-sells products to match the customer’s needs
- Participate in an 8-week paid training program that provides necessary knowledge and skills for the role
Skills
- Applicants must reside in Texas
- High speed cable internet (25mbs minimum (No DSL))
- A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free room in your house to work from
- Proficiency with Windows-based desktop computer systems
- Proficiency in the use and navigation of the Internet
- Ability to communicate clearly both with internal and external customers
- Willingness to 'go to work' for our customers
- Genuine automotive interest
- High level of attention to detail
- Capability to deliver exceptional service
- Knack for problem-solving
- Experience as an automotive hobbyist or prior careers within the automotive industry
