Senior Recruiter

Remote · USA Full-time New today

About the role

You are responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company’s growth and innovation goals. This role is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating offers and onboarding — with a focus on providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and hiring needs across various business functions.

Please note that this is a 12 month contract role.

What you'll do

  • Own the full cycle recruiting process for roles, supporting a range of business and technical departments across the organization: engaging, evaluating, and hiring top candidates to join our growing company
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the interview process to develop job descriptions, identify candidates, manage the candidate experience, and negotiate offers
  • Manage the inbound applicant pipeline, while identifying passive job seekers using a full range of sourcing/attraction tactics and resources
  • Provide a positive experience for every candidate from applicant stage to offer while evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, salary recommendations and closing of candidate leading to handoff for a smooth onboarding experience
  • Move the needle on recruitment activities ensuring candidates are moving through the interview process, feedback is collected post-interview, and candidates and hiring managers are kept updated on status

About You

  • 5+ years of corporate and technical recruiting experience
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships in high growth technical/scientific research environments
  • You bring outstanding communication skills with a focus on conducting high quality interviews and in-depth candidate research. You deliver clear, accurate, and compelling information about the companies' values and mission.
  • Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives with demonstrated experience with various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Ability to build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence with both candidates and hiring teams effectively and quickly
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS e.g. Rippling), sourcing and recruitment marketing tools
  • Ability to set priorities and execute on commitments in an environment of ambiguity and constant change
