Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about services, orders, or processes
  • Document conversations and update customer records in internal systems
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow communication guidelines
  • Perform light administrative and data entry tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Strong written communication skills (clear, professional tone)

  • Ability to navigate multiple tabs, tools, and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  • Experience working remotely or in a digital support role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or chat platforms
