Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Airline HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Airport Jobs. This role is ideal for a dynamic and motivated HR professional who is passionate about talent acquisition, employee engagement, and human resources management within a virtual airline environment. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment processes, manage HR policies, and ensure a seamless employee experience for our remote workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • * Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the virtual airline.
  • * Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • * Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • * Assist in creating and enforcing company HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards.
  • * Foster a positive work culture by organizing virtual team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
  • * Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and conflict resolution.
  • * Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • * Monitor and analyze recruitment and retention metrics to improve HR strategies.
  • * Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • * Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably in a remote or airline-related environment.
  • * Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.
  • * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and employees.
  • * Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and virtual collaboration tools.
  • * Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • * Experience in virtual workforce management is a plus.
  • Experience
  • * Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
  • * Experience in remote hiring and virtual HR management is highly desirable.
  • * Previous experience in the aviation or airline industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Working Hours
  • * Flexible working hours based on business needs.
  • * Typically Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or evening hours depending on recruitment cycles and operational requirements.
  • * Fully remote position with the ability to work across different time zones.

  • * In-depth knowledge of HR policies, recruitment methods, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • * Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • * Proficiency in using digital communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) for remote collaboration.
  • * Analytical mindset to track and improve HR performance metrics.
