Talent Sourcing Specialist (Part-time, Contractor)

We’re growing and are now looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist (part-time, contractor) to support our hiring efforts and help us find strong tech and leadership talent. What you’ll do Sourcing & Research
- Source candidates for technical and executive-level roles
- Conduct market research and talent mapping (mostly tech roles)
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Use LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, talent communities, and AI sourcing tools
- Calibrate candidates with recruiters and hiring managers
- Share sourcing insights and short progress updates
Outreach & Engagement
- Reach out to candidates and handle initial communication
- Build long-term relationships with talent
- Keep candidates engaged and interested throughout the process
What we’re looking for
- 1.5+ years of experience in talent sourcing
- Experience sourcing IT/tech roles
- Strong LinkedIn & Boolean search skills
- Experience with AI sourcing tools is a plus
- Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time well
- Intermediate+ English (written & spoken)
