Interim Tech Transactions Attorney

JURISolutions Legal (JSL) is seeking an experienced technology transactions attorney for a fully remote opportunity with our corporate client. This attorney should have a background in procurement and will be responsible for the review and redlining of customer and vendor agreements including SaaS, MSA, and other general software agreements. This opportunity is fully remote, starting ASAP. Hours are flexible with an expectation of ~20-30 hrs/wk.
