- *Duties
- Lead and coordinate remote fitness sessions, ensuring high energy and engagement across diverse client groups.
- Design personalized and group training programs that incorporate elements of kickboxing, cycling, yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, and other fitness modalities tailored to individual needs.
- Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to optimize workout effectiveness while minimizing injury risk.
- Provide expert coaching in sports coaching techniques, dance-based fitness, and functional movement to enhance overall performance.
- Drive client progress by monitoring performance metrics, offering constructive feedback, and adjusting programs accordingly.
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment that encourages motivation, accountability, and community building among clients.
- Support sales efforts by educating clients on program benefits and fostering long-term engagement within our health club community.
- Stay current with industry trends in fitness technology and wellness practices to continually innovate training offerings.
- *Experience
- Proven experience in personal training or group fitness instruction within a gym or health club setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in program design across multiple disciplines such as yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, cycling, or dance-based fitness.
- Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics to tailor effective training regimens.
- Experience teaching diverse populations with varying fitness levels in remote or virtual environments.
- Familiarity with fitness sales techniques to support client retention and membership growth.
- Background in sports coaching or high-performance training is highly desirable.
