Job Summary

As a Sr. RTA, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our global workforce. You'll be responsible for real-time monitoring of service levels, managing operational KPIs, and site-level performances. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sr. RTA, your key responsibilities will include:

• Real-Time Monitoring: Monitor and analyze real-time data to ensure effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes.
• Operational KPI Management: Manage operational KPIs, including service levels, occupancy, PTL, utilization, and other key metrics.
• Site-Level Performance: Monitor and analyze site-level performances to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Forecasting and Planning: Analyze forecasted details from the Economists team and draft way-forward plans for peak readiness, headcount hiring, and other operational initiatives.
• Collaboration and Liaison: Liaise with network POCs (WFM and Ops) to identify gaps and opportunities that may impact operational metrics.
• Process Improvement: Ensure that operational processes are followed and identify opportunities to simplify and improve current processes.
• Mentorship and Development: Mentor and develop fellow RTAs with WFM required skills and knowledge.
• Insight and Analysis: Provide deep insights and analysis on metric misses, including factual callouts and paths to green (PTGs).

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Bachelor's degree

in a relevant field, such as business, operations, or analytics.

Minimum 3 years

of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in workforce management, analytics, or operations.

Proven track record

of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with WFM tools and technologies

, including forecasting, scheduling, and performance management.

Preferred Qualifications
