Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time and Full-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk Typing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry: Accurately inputting data into our systems using various software applications, including our proprietary arenaflex platform.
  • Typing: Maintaining a high level of typing speed and accuracy to meet data entry goals, with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.
  • Quality Assurance: Reviewing data for errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies and making necessary corrections to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Document Management: Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical records as needed, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
  • Communication: Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure data accuracy and consistency, and providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Managing your workload efficiently to meet deadlines and productivity targets, and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Typing Skills: Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.
  • Data Entry Experience: Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
