Experienced Lead Data Researcher – AI Model Development and Business Insights

Our team of Information Researchers plays a vital role in driving this mission forward, providing data-driven insights that inform our content, advertising, product, and design strategies. We're seeking an experienced Lead Data Researcher to join our Promotions Information Arrangement Exploration team. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues to develop models that tackle complex business challenges, including revenue, stock, delivery, outcome, advertising pricing, customer lifetime value assessment, determining, fraud prevention, and moderation. What You'll Do

As a Lead Data Researcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Model Development: Plan, build, and improve AI models from data collection, feature engineering, and selection, to model development, prediction, and outcome delivery. Collaborate with engineering to productionize models and drive experimentation to test the effect of model-based improvement.
• Deep Analysis: Develop a comprehensive understanding of audience, brand, and promotion functional data patterns and metrics. Mine large datasets to identify valuable opportunities for driving advertising revenue, viewer ad experience, and supporter development and maintenance.
• Insight Generation: Develop model-based solutions, numerical models, algorithms, and powerful analysis leading to significant insights communicated clearly and visually.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify and open opportunities, and with other data teams to improve platform capabilities around data modeling, data perception, experimentation, and data design.

What to Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience designing, building, and assessing practical AI solutions
• 2+ years of experience in statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R, PySpark) and database languages (e.g., SQL)
• Strong logical abilities, high-level degree of analytical information
• Experience with Python and libraries, such as scikit-learn, SciPy
• Experience with Bayesian modeling and probabilistic programming packages like PyMC
• Experience with data platforms and applications like Databricks, Jupyter, Snowflake, Windstream, and GitHub

Nice to Haves

While not required, the following skills and experiences would be a plus:

• Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or GCP
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
