Job Summary

We're seeking a Part-Time Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide world-class assistance to our customers from the comfort of their own homes. As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM software.
  • Stay updated with the latest arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues on macOS, iOS devices, and related software.
