The Role

As a Senior Administrator, Accounts, Bookkeeping, Data Entry & Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Bookkeeping and Payroll Administration: Utilize Xero to manage our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Data Entry: Input and update our CRM with precise details from schools and other stakeholders, maintaining the highest level of data integrity.
  • Order Processing: Process orders in a timely manner, cross-checking details for accuracy to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Document Management: Assist in the management of essential documents, ensuring they are stored and retrieved effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you will require:

Minimum 5 years of experience

in a similar role, with a proven track record of precision and attention to detail.

Advanced bookkeeping skills

, with experience in using Xero or similar financial software.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Working knowledge of financial software

, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.

Demonstrated experience

in managing tasks within a deadline-driven environment, with a proven ability to communicate effectively over email and telephone.

Proven ability

to achieve targets and work autonomously, with a demonstrated ability to problem-solve independently.

Experience

in using cloud-based technologies, including Google Workspace, Dropbox, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.

Previous CRM software experience

Logistics understanding
