Position Overview

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing solutions to their problems, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, each with their unique needs and preferences. Your goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, while also upselling and cross-selling additional products to enhance their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, responding to their queries in a timely and effective manner

  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds, ensuring that their issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Provide information about products and services, helping customers to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products, enhancing the customer's shopping experience and increasing sales revenue
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve customer service outcomes

Requirements

* Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, managing competing demands and deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly, with experience using customer service software and tools
