This team is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues on transport category aircraft, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet.

What You'll Do

As a part-time remote data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for providing engineering support on various aircraft systems and improving associated reliability through project management. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Staying informed of day-to-day airline operations involving your field of responsibility
• Assessing daily priorities in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives
• Investigating aircraft/component problems that may cause delays or cancellations, substantial expenditures in manpower or materials, or interruptions in maintenance operations, and determining appropriate corrective actions
• Providing engineering support as required for the disposition of discrepant conditions affecting aircraft or components to restore serviceable status
• Responding to requests from Maintenance and other airline departments when technical assistance is required to support projects or resolve problems
• Developing action plans for fleet/multi-fleet and/or component engineering projects and pursuing final dispositions according to assessed priorities
• Coordinating with other airline departments, as required, to provide for effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions
• Preparing engineering documents to implement technical dispositions by providing customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other maintenance actions that provide benefits in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as engineering, data entry, or aviation

• Strong understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or aviation

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
• Certification in a related field, such as aircraft maintenance or engineering
