Remote Appointment Setter – Full-Time, Structured Calling Role
Role Overview: We’re bringing on a full-time remote appointment setter to support our scheduling team by handling outbound calls to prospective clients. All calls are placed using our company-provided dialer and systems—no personal phone, software, or equipment required. Conversations are brief, clearly structured, and fully script-driven, making this an ideal role for someone who thrives on consistency and process.
Key Responsibilities
Make a high volume of outbound calls each day using our internal calling platform Follow established scripts to qualify leads and book appointments Track call results, update records, and manage follow-ups accurately in our system Maintain a reliable, full-time work schedule (approximately 40 hours per week) Who This Is For This role is a great fit for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable sticking to a script, and highly organized. Strong spoken and written English is essential, as you’ll be reading prepared call scripts and logging detailed notes.
