Telecom Project Coordinator - Wireless Construction (Southwest Market) 100% Remote | ~ $27-$31.25/hr | Long-Term Contract | Wireless Telecom Industry Are you a detail-oriented project coordinator with telecom experience? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting high-volume construction deployments? We're looking for a Telecom Project Coordinator to join a top-tier team supporting major wireless infrastructure projects across the North Texas (NTX) and Desert Southwest (DSW) markets-including Arizona, New Mexico, and surrounding areas. This role is fully remote, with preference for candidates located in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zones to align with project team schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Construction Project Managers with document control and coordination of day-to-day deployment activities.
  • Maintain accurate records in client and internal tracking systems, including RFDS databases.
  • Manage electronic project documentation and ensure timely uploads of site-specific deliverables.
  • Track milestones, deployment statuses, and construction schedules across multiple sites.
  • Attend daily/weekly meetings and provide updates on project status.
  • Ensure tasks are completed in line with timelines and budget parameters.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of project administration experience required.
  • 1+ year of experience as a Telecom Project Coordinator in wireless telecom preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant training may offset some experience.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with AT&T MCA systems is a major plus.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

  • Location: Fully Remote (Preferred: Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zones)
  • Pay Range: $27 - $31.25/hr (W2, based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday | Core hours 8 AM - 5 PM | Flexible start (as early as 6:30 AM)
  • Duration: Initial 6-month contract with strong potential to extend (2+ years expected) - W2 with benefits available
  • Travel: None
  • Sponsorship: Not available - U.S. Citizenship required
  • Start Date: ASAP

Compliance Requirements

  • Must pass a 10-panel drug screen (no exceptions for marijuana, including medical use)
  • Background check includes employment verification and DMV record check (covering past 10 years)
