As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling emergency outages, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Handle emergency outages and provide top-notch support to our clients' customers during late-night hours

• Utilize technical skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues
• Provide exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills to handle emergency outages and complex customer issues

• Ability to complete in-person training during regular business hours before transitioning to night shift
• Analytical and computer literate with proficiency in Excel and Word
• 45 wpm typing and speaking on the phone simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments independently
• Prior experience in customer service or call center environment

Preferred Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience
• Proficiency in additional software applications, such as CRM systems or helpdesk tools
• Experience working in a remote environment or with a flexible schedule
