Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting calls with representatives to expand the reach of arenaflex
- Conducting appointments with potential clients, working around your schedule to accommodate their needs
- Becoming fluent in financial products, including obtaining financial licenses (Life and Series 6) and potentially Series 26, 63, and 65
- Training and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the team
- Developing new hires into key team members, fostering a culture of growth and mentorship
