As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be working with a wide range of customers, from Disney+ and Hulu to ABC News and Entertainment. Essential Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Support Representative, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in a live production environment, temporary job, or similar educational experience
  • Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-linear editing frameworks like Quantel
  • Understanding of arrangement changes, EVS, transcoding frameworks, and document formats
