Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Support customers over the phone, identify their issues, and help resolve them
- Assist with customer inquiries related to their phones, tablets, and computers
- Record customer interactions to keep our systems up-to-date
- Work towards established goals to help you develop professionally
Essential Qualifications
* Fluent Danish language skills
- Reside in Denmark (note: you must work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad)
- High level of English proficiency
- Interest in technology and a willingness to take on technical challenges
- Knowledge of good customer service principles and a motivation to deliver exceptional service
- A quiet workspace with a stable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience
- Familiarity with technical support software and tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
